Sheet metal is bent using five of the most advanced machines. The bending process is extremely precise and fast, allowing for the creation of highly complex shapes and an unlimited number of repetitions. All machines are fully equipped for their respective categories.
The machines operate by pushing the sheet metal into a die with bending blades. In most cases, we use standard bending blades and dies.
All steps, where individual sections can be bent at different angles and in different directions, are combined into a single operation, which makes it cost-effective. The technology we use is environmentally friendly as we do not use oils or lubricants. Energy consumption is also lower.
